OK, first let me say that you''re waaaaaaay too young to think you''re eyes are baggy!You may have some moinrng puffiness due to lack of sleep or too much worrying that you''ve got puffy eyes 1. For the puffiness try cold tea bags skip the cucumber slices (they don''t conform to the eyelid so not much of the cuke is actually in contact with the skin. Make your moinrng cup if tea with 2 bags -skip the milk while the tea bag is in the water- let it cool then place it over your eyes while you relax and listen to some music for about 10 min. Splash with cold water.2. Spots and skin texture make a paste of powdered milk ( I''m pretty sure you have something like that in the UK-I''m in the USA) and mix it with some finely ground corn flour or you can use dry polenta if you whiz it around in a blender to make the meal finer mix the 2 together well and store it in an air-tight container. Take a spoonfull into the palm of your hand, mix with a few drops of water to form a soft paste and then use it like a facial scrub. Use it every day but don''t scrub too hard your skin should feel soft and smooth when your rinse it off not red or painful. This should help dislodge some of the blackheads and prevent the sebum and dead skin cells from building up and clogging them again.3. Since I''m in the USA and not UK, I can''t recommend any brands of mascara or tanners but I can tell you that your legs will look great if you make a scrub out of oil and kosher salt. Mix together 2 parts kosher salt with 1 part oil and use it 2-3 times a week BEFORE you shave your legs (if you do it after shavng it will send you thru the roof!) also use it on your shoulders and arms rinse with warm water and make sure to clean the shower or tub so no one slips on the residue. Your skin will look AMAZING. Don''t try to apply self tanner after this treatment because the product won''t absorb and you''ll end up streaky.
